Reservations & Check-In Policies

All reservations are subject to availability and acceptance by management and may be refused, modified, or canceled at the sole discretion of Victorian Inn Motel & Suites. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, with early check-in available upon request and subject to availability, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in, and full payment is collected at that time.

Payment & Authorization

Victorian Inn Motel & Suites accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other payment methods supported through Square processing, as well as cash payments. Checks may be accepted from select customers at management’s discretion and are not guaranteed as an accepted form of payment. By providing a payment method, guests expressly authorize Victorian Inn Motel & Suites to charge any applicable amounts, including room charges, taxes, processing fees, damages, incidentals, penalties, or unpaid balances.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds for room reservations are available only if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time and apply strictly to the room rate; taxes and credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Cancellations or modifications made within 48 hours of check-in may be approved solely at management’s discretion and are not guaranteed. Discounted or promotional rates are non-refundable; however, guests may, at management’s discretion, receive a credit equal to the room cost to be applied toward a future stay.

Guest Conduct & Property Rules

Guests and their visitors are required to comply with all property rules and applicable laws. Smoking, illegal substances, cooking within rooms, and any unlawful or hazardous activity are strictly prohibited. Guests must maintain respectful behavior and reasonable noise levels at all times. Victorian Inn Motel & Suites reserves the right to refuse service, deny accommodations, remove guests, or terminate a stay without refund for violations of these policies.

Damages & Responsibility

Guests are fully responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction to rooms, furnishings, fixtures, or property caused directly or indirectly by themselves, their visitors, or any associated party. Guests agree to pay all repair, replacement, or associated costs as determined by management. Victorian Inn Motel & Suites shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, and guests assume full responsibility for their property and safety during their stay.

Pet Policy

Pets are permitted exclusively in designated motel rooms and are not allowed in inn rooms unless otherwise authorized by management. A daily fee of $30 applies for pets under 50 pounds and $50 for pets over 50 pounds. All pets must be declared at check-in, and failure to disclose or pay applicable pet fees will result in a $100 non-compliance charge. Additional charges may apply for damages or excessive cleaning.

Room Availability & Substitution Policy

All room reservations are subject to availability at the time of check-in. While Victorian Inn Motel & Suites makes every reasonable effort to honor specific room types reserved, room assignments are not guaranteed. In the event that a reserved room type is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, operational needs, or prior occupancy, Victorian Inn Motel & Suites reserves the right to provide an alternative room of equal or greater value at no additional cost to the guest. If a suitable alternative is not available or the guest declines the substitution, the guest may elect to receive a refund of the room rate paid. Any such refund shall apply to the room rate only and shall not include taxes, credit card processing fees, or any other associated charges. Acceptance of an alternate room constitutes fulfillment of the reservation obligation.

Amenities & Availability

Amenities provided by Victorian Inn Motel & Suites, including but not limited to Wi-Fi, parking (including RV, bus, boat, and truck parking, where additional fees may apply), breakfast offerings, housekeeping services, front desk assistance, and room service, are offered as a convenience and may be modified, limited, or unavailable at any time without notice and without liability.

Limitation of Liability
